How we add alternate text for images in Word 2000-2003?


In the modern era, we found that word documents become popular due to its easy usage. The concept which I want to discuss with you people is that whether it is important for us to add alternate text to the images or not? From my opinion if some one add alternate text to the images then it appears that some really have the good knowledge of documents structure. Like if want to convert word to Pdf format then we first search on Web for different conversion tools. Now its very easy to add alternate text to the images in Word 2000-2003. This can be explained below with simple steps which really helps you out:-

1. Select the image on which you want to add the alternate text.
2. Then right click on the image.
3. Select the option of Format Picture from the different options coming after right click.
4. Then you will find a dialog box appear in front of you.
5. There are different tabs present in the dialog box like Colors and Lines, Size, Layout, Picture, text Box and web.
6. From these tabs select the Web Tab.
7. Then you can add alternate text for your image.

These are the simple steps through which you can add Alternate text to the word documents in Word 2000-2003. One can convert pdf to word so that he/she can add alternate text to the word documents images.
