How to open, close, save and create new documents in Open Office?

File :
New: In this, first option is new. Which type of file you want to create can be selected with this new option. If you want to make a document, a presentation, a spread sheet, drawing or a database you can choose this from new option.
Open: Open as its name implies is used to open a document. What you want to open and which type of file you want to open can be done with this open option. So, whenever you click on the open option then it will show you the another browser window in which you can select the file that you want to open.
Recent Documents: In recent documents, it will show you the recent documents. Those documents which are used recently. This can store only 5 recent documents in recent document option. You can open the recent documents from here.
Wizards: In wizards, there are different wizards available. You can choose these as per your needs. You can select from Letter, fax, agenda, presentations, webpage, document converter, euro converter, address data source.
Close: If you want to close your file just click on the close button and your file will be closed. But open office will not be closed. You can add or open another file from menu.
Save: If you want to save your files in the computer then click on the save option from the file menu and your file will be saved. A window will show on the screen click on it and give the name of your file and set your drive which you want to save .
