Why we use Documents instead of Paper in Offices?

There are several reasons to use Documents instead of papers in office in which some are pointed here:-
1. To save our environment by cutting less trees which are needed for making paper.

3. To conserve energy.
4. To save our environment from pollution as it emitted carbon dioxide while printing paper.
